Full-Time Patrol Officer

THE STURGEON, MISSOURI POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF FULL-
TIME PATROL OFFICER.

APPLICANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
AND A MISSOURI PEACE OFFICER'S LICENSE.

STARTING PAY- $18 - $22.00 PER HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

APPLICATION DEADLINE - UNTIL THE POSITION IS FILLED.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BE A U.S. CITZEN
POSSESS A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS AT THE TIME OF HIRE
LIVE WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF STURGEON
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS AND NO OTHER CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS (EXCLUDING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS).
POSSESS A VALID OPERATOR'S LICENSE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION AND A VALID MISSOURI OPERATOR'S LICENSE AT THE TIME OF EMPLOYMENT.
POSSESS VALID MISSOURI PEACE OFFICER'S LICENSE AND BE IN GOOD STANDING.
PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL AND DRUG SCREEN.
